Machine Learning is a branch of Artificial Intelligence concerned with developing programs that can allow the machine or robot to do things without any human interference or any instructions given. The machine will be able to understand things by using previous data and experience. It will be a lot more productive for humans because then Robots will be able to perform tasks faster and independently which otherwise humans will need to do. Machine-learned models will be able to run on data sets. Machine Learning is often considered a part of 2nd or 3rd Generation of Artificial Intelligence.

Applications of Machine Learning:-

1. STOCK MARKET TRADING:-

In the stock market, there is always a risk of crashes and rises. Due to this Machine Learning's Long Short term memory is used. It is a Neural network that is used to analyse the data.

2. MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS :

In Medical Industry, machine learning is used to identify and diagnose diseases (usually in the brain ).  This technology is growing very fast and has helped doctors identify brain tumours and other brain malfunctions/diseases in its early stages. Besides this, Machine Learning has also allowed Doctors to prescribe medications quickly to start the affected person's cure immediately.

3. EMAIL FILTERING AND SPAM :

Whenever we get a new mail, Machine learning AI automatically sorts it according to its priority into Normal Priority and High Priority.  Other Promotional emails and emails like scams and trash are automatically sorted into the Spam Folder. Machine-learned Algorithms and AI use algorithms like Multi-Layer Perceptron. Mail Software using these technologies and algorithms are:- a. Gmail b. HotMail c. Apple Mail d. Outlook etc.

4. SPEECH RECOGNITION:-

In Google search, we get an option of using speech-to-text for searching and the Google software can recognise our spoken language. This is also done by Machine Learning.

5. TEXT RECOGNITION:-
With Machine Learning, The Robots and machines will be able to understand written human language, whether is it written in good or bad handwriting or even scribbled. Today, Software like Google Lens, DoubtNut Doubt solver software etc can understand human language and give crucial and accurate results.

CONCLUSION:-
Machine learning has proven itself to be a transformative force across various domains, from healthcare and finance to entertainment and beyond. Through the power of data-driven insights and predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms have enabled organizations to make smarter decisions, optimize processes, and unlock new opportunities for innovation. As we continue to delve deeper into the realm of artificial intelligence, it is imperative to recognize the ethical considerations and societal impacts that accompany these advancements. By fostering collaboration between researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and ethicists, we can ensure that machine learning technologies are developed and deployed responsibly, ultimately shaping a future where AI serves as a powerful tool for enhancing human capabilities and addressing complex challenges.
